Very poor - I should have looked at reviews beforer purchase. Instructions could have been created better by a five year old.
Even then - witha substantial engineering workshop I had to modify the side burner attachment because the positioning of the, 'Self tapping screw holes' weren't accessible with specialist screwdriver. Had to re-drill and use my own nut & Bolts.
Gas hose bracket - not long enough to fit in panel bracket. How do they get away with it?

I have been trying to purchase a grease tray to replace the one that has rusted but spare parts have not been available for the past year

My Grillstream BBQ, bought through John Lewis, has rusted across both the cooking grates and coal trays within a year despite being stored in a dry, frost-free shed and used fewer than a dozen times. The product does not drain fat as advertised, and the supposed “porcelain coating to help prevent rust” has clearly failed. Very poor durability and not fit for purpose compared to other BBQs I’ve owned. I cannot recommend this brand.

Didn’t come with any instructions, using the PDF instructions on the website. The placement of all the extremities like the fat cup make it really difficult to build a structure that works. If you are going to built it into an outside kitchen, buy something else. It all looks neat and tidy on the photos but in reality you can’t build a simple structure that avoids parts that would be better hidden. It’s not been designed well enough, it’s a lazy product.

3 of the 6 burners do not light safely. Instead they throw the flame back over the control panel and over your hands and arm. The Company want a video of this happening to me the consumer before they will remedy the problem. This is the most dangerous bbq I have ever owned. Wish now I had purchased another Weber,a brand I have used for over 30 years. Grillstream was a big mistake.,

Best BBQ i've ever had. Half the price of most other brands but the same quality.
