Great tasting coffee good quality and fast delivery

The Spanish Latte was excellent! I tried the hot and iced versions. Very impressive. Best part was the staff are so amazing and friendly. The customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend Jacob, Nabila and Lucas - they are the key people in the organisation and deserve to be recognised!

They advertise and take orders on products that have been sold. Poor customer service.

Having issues with my pod machine, ( it's stopped working)
Trying to get any troubleshooting advice from customer service is impossible.
It's 5 days per email response.
If you are thinking of buying one of these machines, I urge you, think again

Great order, unfortunately one of the plates was smashed. They packed it well but these things happen.

I have been a regular customer of Grind for a while now and requested advice about a recent batch of whole beans . I have been really impressed with the speed and customer care of this company in dealing with the matter. It shows that they care about what they do about their coffee.

terrible company and communication. customer service is shocking and its incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription. much better options out there for this price point. cost is 50% branding.

Really happy with my GRIND Coffee hand grinder. It feels well made, sturdy and easy to use, and it gives a really consistent grind. I like that I can adjust the grind depending on how I’m making my coffee, and it’s compact enough to store easily.
The quality is great and it’s made a noticeable difference to my coffee. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality hand grinder.
