Always an excuse.

Ordered 3 times from here. Every.Single.Time there has been an excuse as to why my order is taking so long! Oh we are waiting on X Y or Z coming in to stock. News flash - if something isnt in stock have it on the website as out of stock! Or if you cant do this then email your customers to explain. 2 weeks waiting and not even sent. Order was cancelled and refund requested. Will not order again and business also reported to watchdog.

GS equestrian more like BS equestrian!!


Ordered a rug to them find out after I payed for it that it was out of stock. I was offered a refund in November it is now January and still no refund. Every time I email them I get a copy and paste message saying the refund was processed.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I really wish I’d have read reviews before ordering! Absolutely awful company! They will take your money even if items are not in stock and then lie to you telling you they’ve been dispatched when Royal Mail haven’t even taken receipt of package from them! I’m glad I used PayPal as had to put in a claim for a refund which is a major inconvenience. Will never order from them again!!!😡

Terrible service.

Terrible service.
Took 10 days for them to tell me my order, 1 small bowl with lid, had been despatched. The tracking said it had been despatched and delivered 2 days prior.
When i tried to ring customer services to find out what was happening, the standard recorded message was on a loop so you everytime it said I was being put through it started again. I found an alternative number and did get through and the lady just said, yes I was answering another call. Do they only have one person on the phones! When I asked why the tracking said it had been delivered already she just said, yes I can't answer for our 3rd party delivery provider, it's their tracking. I'm sorry but you should do, it's not them I bought the item from it's GS equestrian. Appalling company! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Really not impressed any more

Really not impressed any more. Put order in 19th September and still have not received all the order. I use to like this company but I think I'm going to find a different one from now on, I would advise others to do the same. This isn't the first time either, I have had to constantly chase my orders for them to be posted

Damaged item but excellent customer service to resolve issue

Ordered box of Peckish Bird Balls. The order arrived promptly and was packaged well but unfortunately a large proportion of the balls were damaged and unusable. I contacted customer services who were quick to respond. Offered return and refund or refund for proportion of damaged goods. All went through in good time. Thank you for sorting out the issue quickly and efficiently

It took 2 weeks to arrive and the…

It took 2 weeks to arrive and the wellie boots were not true to size they where to small all over!
Then had to send back via Royal Mail tracking can’t remember exact amount 4-5 pounds!
Then they wanted to take 2-3 days to look over the boots before making a refund!
They also deducted 20% tax what for exactly!
So I would say do you research before ordering from them ! I certainly won’t ever order again grrr

Incredibly slow

My personal opinion is gs equestrian products are very good and great value. However there shipping time is horrendous. I've often sent emails to check on the status of my order as 7 days have passed and I don't receive a confirmation email. This is the exact same for there eBay shop to which I ordered not knowing it was gs equestrian untill afterwards. It really shouldn't take so long to receive your order

Item arrived extremely late

Item arrived extremely late. Ordered for a specific event and when placing order it gave the delivery date and postage was 48hr tracked. What they don't tell you is that apparently there is a 10-12 day 'handling period'. This is not clear on their website. Items arrived 6 days after the given delivery date. So if you need anything urgently, I do not recommend. Customer services were also passive aggressive and unhelpful. Will never be ordering from GS Equestrian again, especially as I had to pay to return items that were no use to me because they arrived far too late (!)

Order not delivered after 3 weeks

I ordered Gold Label Biotin Plus three weeks ago and the order still hasn't arrived! I've emailed them twice and received no response. Apparently I can't cancel my order now according to their website. but they now have my money! I've tried calling them numerous times but you just can't get through. Very disappointed with their customer service (or lack of). Won't be using them again

From 6th June to 27th June '25 & still no refund

I returned an item a couple of days after receiving it because my horse was put to sleep.
This was 6th June '25
I gave them my bank details for the refund because my credit card had to be cancelled because it had been used fraudulently.
I am still waiting for my refund, I have sent numerous emails with the same reply, I'll pass it on to accounts!
Not happy at all.

Bit still not arrived after 3 weeks of placing order

I ordered a bit that was apparently in stock at the end of May and the estimated delivery date was 2 weeks later. After sending numerous emails asking for confirmation of when my bit would be dispatched, I just kept getting told the stock was in an external warehouse so they were waiting to receive it. I asked to be notified of any delays that would mean i wouldnt receive it within 2 weeks but I had to email twice before receiving a reply that they still hadnt received the stock due to it be sent to a wrong location and they still couldnt tell me when they would receive delivery so GS Equestrian have taken my money but 3 weeks later, I still haven't received my order. Shocking level of customer service!!!

Riding boots faulty

I had a faulty occurring with my boots so I got in touch with GS equestrian and they have replied and helped my situation very quick. They’ve been absolutely amazing. The customer service is 10/10. Quick communication and help with my problem. Been sorted and i’m a very happy customer.

The two items I had ordered didn't arrive together

The two items I had ordered weren't delivered together. I contacted them to alert them to the omission. They replied straightaway to confirm that the missing item will be dispatched to me within the next 2 to 3 days. Mistakes do happen but at least they are rectifying them quickly

Ordered something on Monday and it said…

Ordered something on Monday and it said it would be delivered in 48hrs if ordered in 16 hours which I done there and then as I needed item for Saturday. I asked for a tracking number and they said it would be 12-14 days to arrive and it said that on the website! I wish I had taken a screenshot of it as it did say 48hrs hence I ordered it. Cancelled order.
