Guestable has managed my place for over 2 years and it’s been nothing but a great experience. I recently renovated my home and they were able to meet with the staff while I was away in the EAU. The home looks amazing! Jesse and Jeff have been a pleasure to deal with!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Toronto. I was worried about finding the place, but we were given really clear instructions and check in went really well. The place was really clean and overall had a nice stay.

Guestable property management is fishy…
Guestable property management is fishy and not transperant. They do not share AirBnB booking transaction history and maintenance receipts in spite of multiple follow ups.

Working with these guys is an absolute nightmare. You end up spending so much time chasing them for answers and just trying to get them to do their job, that you might as well manage your property yourself.
