I've been buying from gundam mad for years and they always offer outstanding service. Staff are very friendly and willing to help and are knowledgable about what they stock and prices of the kits/models are very competitive (plus no vat or customs charges here in the UK) and have a large selection.
Overall a highly recommended shop!

Any time I've ordered parcels have arrived promptly and always in good condition, stock can be hit or miss, prices are only ever so slightly above MSRP but that's the nature of buying these sorts of things inland vs importing and paying extra for shipping/customs charges on top if your order hits the benchmark. Any problems I've had in the past have always been promptly solved or at worst had a resolution offered to me. Would definitely recommend them to friends if you're in the business of looking for UK shipped Gunpla/a variety of Kotobukiya kits etc.
