I wish I had read these reviews before I even looked at guts, which has ben favourably elsewhere. TP has trusted reviews and the ones I can see here about Guts is spot on! Terrible service, terrible games and terrible payouts. Then they refuse to pay you.

There is never a winning guarantee when gambling.

Normally the return to player (RTP) varies between 90-99% depending on what game it is that you're playing (you can find the game specific RTP in the information tab once you've opened the game).

These calculations are based on a million to millions of game rounds and may come across as untrue should you play fewer rounds. Let me assure you that the software developed by the game providers are regularly tested in order to verify that the algorithm developed is fully random.

False advertising welcome bonus was apparently expired on 29.1.2019 but was on the sign up page and after making my account, deposited £20 to receive no bonus, and after reading these reviews be lucky to get my money back without messing around sending ID etc to get back what I worked hard for. That sounds like quite the oddity of an issue you've experienced.

As I am unable to go through what happened myself and can only guess what may have caused the issue in the first place as we always ensure to remove any type of promotion that was active and later expired on our site.

What may have caused the issue you experienced, is that you may have opened our site whilst that promotion was still ongoing and that your device stored the site in a cached version, which, unfortunately, didn't 'flush' when you re-opened the site and in that, your browser showed an older version of our site.

That being said, I hope that if you ever look for a new site to try-out, that you give us a new shot so you can experience what our site truly has to offer.

Guts are a fine betting site contrary…

Guts are a fine betting site contrary to other reviews I'm seeing.
I registered, sent in my documents and they were verified within a few hours, and then deposited. Their odds are super competitive which is the main reason I signed up.
The biggest plus for me tho was the withdrawals. A chap called Jonas told me he wasn't sure why I couldn't withdraw with visa, the only options available to me were Trustly and Paysafe. This worried me a lot at the time and I gave Jonas thumbs down after our live chat. Angry as I was I went ahead and tried withdrawing with Trustly et voila the money was in my actual bank account, liquid, within 2 hours.
I can't fault Guts at all.
Fantastic and I hope your Trustpilot score does come up to where it should be.

Took my £10 deposit and gave me 100%…

Took my £10 deposit and gave me 100% bonus. Played on book of dead for around 5 minutes and the money was gone. At least with other sites I get a good £100-£300 playthrough with my initial deposit. Guts literally just ate my money! I got 3 bonus rounds with my total of £20 balance. One for £2.50. One for £3 and one for 50p! Pretty bloody dire!!! Keep away

WARNING! They will refuse to accept ID documents despite other bookmakers accepting the same images. Avoid these at all costs. They are scammers. It doesn't matter that my ID's were rejected anyway due to the fact I never went above my starting balance after countless spins on their slots. Baffles me why anyone would bother using these jokers.

Great, so where can we find this information then? Are we allowed to verify it for ourselves or must we take your word for it?

As for the ID problem. I upload several different scans/pictures then was told that all my uploads were scans, when in fact I'd just taken pictures. Absolutely disgusting when you're trying to withdraw money. NO other bookmaker I've signed up with requires such hassle and you failed to explain WHY you need to reject images that were accepted at every other online bookmaker. Presumably it's to withhold payouts and hope people go back to your scam slots. Nice.

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend the site to anyone. They keep making excuses not to verify documents and want more and more information. They take your deposits quick enough and then cancel all your withdrawals. Avoid this site

Poor Customer Service

I wont bore you with tales of wins or losses, All complaints along those lines are ludacris, The site is easy to navigate and the selection of games is fun and fair.

For months I had no issues with some withdrawls taking less than 2hrs to appear back in my skrill account,

The issue comes from the customer service when things go wrong, They literally dont care, My KYC process took over a month for them to complete as they kept rejecting my pictures but would not tell me the reason why they were being rejected, On approaching livehelp to resolve this I was told I had to email in as they didnt know. It took 4 days and 2 emails for them to reply and tell me why, I finally sent the last image over and it took another week for them to email to say it was verified. On raising a complaint in regards to this i was met with such comtempt i asked for my account to be closed,

Its a shame because the software and layout makes this one of the best sites around, The payouts are quick. Just dont expect any help when things go wrong, If they could show less comtempt for their players they could be a industry leader

Can only justify giving this website 2 stars. Signed up after seeing an advert for a premier league offer. The offer was to deposit £10 and spin the wheel 3 days in a row to reveal 3 teams. For each goal the 3 teams scored I would have won 5 free spins on Book of Dead slot. I got Liverpool, Leicester and Man United who collectively scored 9 goals on the final day. I should've received 45 free spins. My account was locked for a week while I submitted ID documents. When it was unlocked again I had no spins available and the chat agent said I did not qualify. I followed the instructions!

The chat agent kindly enough gave me 20 free spins on a different slot for a consolation prize. I tried withdrawing on this site but it seems to only let me withdraw even numbers, meaning they are taking the pennies off every deposit. Contacted chat about this agent. Was told minimum withdrawal was £20 but I had to correct the agent that it was £10... Then they never explained if I could only withdraw even cash amounts.

Oh well. Don't think I'll be using again.

Quick to take money don't want to pay out.

Both myself and my Partner have used various sites in the past. Guts has to be the worst I have experienced. My girlfriend is a valued player on their site and recently she deposited £30 and won. She has tried to make a withdrawal of £430 Guts sent her an email to ask for verification of Both of our Identifications and copies of the front and backs of out bank cards we spoke to 3 different customer service agents regarding the payment where my girlfriend explained that I would not be able to verify my ID as it had recently expired. The Agent told us that they need my ID and my bank card which was used to deposit money into my girlfriends account on a single occasion with guts apparently something which is in their terms and conditions states you cannot use any bank card that is not yours so instead of automatically blocking an attempted transaction using another card they allow you to make a transaction and then will not let you withdraw until they know it wasn't fraud.
All of this is despite the fact that the account used to deposit on this particular day was in my girlfriends name and it was played by her on her own account and the withdrawal was requested under the same bank card as was used for the deposit.

My girlfriend emailed what was supposed to be their head office and received a reply back from their loyalty team who was less than helpful about the situation and had basically stated that unless they receive a valid copy of my card they will not pay the withdrawal.

My girlfriend has now taken the matter further and contacted the Independent Betting Adjudication service who is the Alternative Dispute Resolution Body that Guts.com Uses.

It's been 9 days since my girlfriend requested the withdrawal and she is still yet to see the money. My personal advice is stay away.

Awesome Online Casino

Awesome site, saw that it was rated highly in different places so thought I would give it a try. In game notification of play time and amount won is a nice feature. Overall thought this was a really clean site with a very good game selection. Deposit and withdrawal easy and hassle free. Made my first withdrawal last night, was back in my IDebit account by this morning. There was a small inconsequential $2.00 service fee which I am more than happy to pay to have funds returned within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this casino.
