Thank you for updating your review and acknowledging that you were wrong.
As you have confirmed this yourself, our position is simply that we informed you that using a different email address in this way was against our website rules and asked you to follow the correct process.
We believe that if a user breaches a platform’s rules and, following enforcement of those rules, threatens or indicates that they will leave a negative review, it is reasonable for us to question whether that review represents a genuine and fair customer experience.
We are not concerned about genuine criticism or honest feedback. We welcome feedback from legitimate users and are always happy to address genuine complaints. However, reviews should not be used as a way of putting pressure on a business after its rules have been enforced.
We respect your request not to be contacted further and consider the matter closed.
Warm regards,
The New Guys Way Team

BEWARE
BEWARE: First time I used this site - I booked a massage, only to be messed about my the masseuse after travelling over one hour to arrive at the location and realizing they did not give me their full address. Then finally proceeds to tell me, they got mixed up and could no longer provide the appointment.
I sent a complaint via the site, but instead of actually replying to me, they instead removed the review I wrote of how unprofessional the masseuse was, with all records of communications to verify.
So I decided to do some digging into the site, and off-course it all becomes clear, these people charge therapists to list themselves, so they are incentivised to keep bad therapists !
Oh I love how the site also claims to have over 100,000 monthly visits, when anyone with a literacy of a 10 year old can verify within 5 seconds they don't have 10% of that traffic. Pathetic really.
THIS IS NOT A SITE YOU CAN TRUST.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the cancelled appointment. GuysWay is a directory platform where independent therapists manage their own schedules, availability, and communication directly with clients. While we always encourage professionalism and reliability from all advertisers, unfortunately, we cannot control individual situations that may arise between users and independent providers.
Regarding reviews, we do moderate content when necessary, especially where there may be disputes, incomplete information, or concerns regarding verification. We are always happy to review concerns further if supporting evidence is provided through the correct channels.
We would also like to clarify that the platform has been operating for many years and receives substantial visitor traffic across both organic search and direct visitors. Traffic figures are based on internal analytics and broader platform activity.
We genuinely value feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps improve the platform and user experience. We are sorry again that your first experience did not meet expectations.
Warm regards,
The New Guys Way Team
