I was using the products for over 3 years it’s just sad to know recently I have noticed they started mixing the acne cream with the fade and brighten cream and mixing the acne soap with the fade and brighten soap having used all the products all for so long I could tell the difference I don’t know if it’s a way of saving on the ingredients but they must understand how harmful this can be it caused a face reaction that has taken over month to clear on my face and is still clearing won’t ever be purchasing again

I would give 0 if I could, I received the wrong item in my order and I have been contacting the seller for over a week via emails, the chat function and contact us on the website and no one has responded despite saying they will respond within 24-48 hours.

Really Great products. I’ve tried almost all their products and I’ve been using the fade and brighten soap and cream for 3 years now. Love it so much. Customer service has always been very attentive and helpful over the years. Wishing this company nothing but success.

Very awful customer service. First you pay for next day delivery and you receive the order after 5 or more days. I received an almost empty container and contacted them they no sign of remorse. Container doesn’t even have ingredients or instructions. What a joke?

Awful customer service, seller takes months to reply, ended up never receiving my parcel, £25 lost. Really needs to improve on customer service

GwenivereSkin products are my go to, genuinely the best products I’ve ever used I had really bad hyperpigmentation and under 2 weeks the kit gave me drastic improvements in my hyperpigmentation. Goodbye acne also saves my skin when I break out!

Horrible customer service. Seller never responds. You leave a negative feedback and she will never post on her website, rather ignores it. Whenever I order, I chose for next day delivery which cost £8.. however the order always get delivered after 5days or even more. I left feedback for this seller and it seems she even ignored me. She is just getting people's money but not delivering the next day as stated. Thankfully I have found other products elsewhere that work for me.
I wouldn't even give this seller a star if I could, just for the customer service, which is very important for me

The only products I’ve used for 3 years. Tried so many fancy skincare brand that are super expensive and this brand does everything for me! Well done wishing them growth and prosperity with the business. Also the owner is so lovely I need my products urgently before my flight, she sent them in a cab for me for free. Love the brand💗💗

Costumer service is absolutely terrible. If you have any issue with them bear in mind no one is going to solve it and they will keep your money.

Wonderful products and price point is decent. Really works for me with issues I have but I must say delivery times are not great at all even when you pay for express delivery besides that products are great.

I admire this brand a lot! Her skincare products are all handmade and work extremely well compared to larger brands I’ve tried. Her products have actives in it so use as directed but one thing I know is this brand will be very successful in future because the products actually work and the owner is a very talented young girl . Probably the most effective skincare I’ve ever used the ingredients have always been on the site and mentioned in a lot of her content. Glad to see they have now added it on the product boxes too 😊 I wish this small bussiness all the best. OG customer of 3 years now xx

Honestly, these reviews have just convinced me everyone skin is just different and what works for A might not work for B. AF FOR ME, honestly this brand has such good skincare especially for people of colour, i have used mostly her hyperpigmentation products and it’s only been good news ever since. It makes my skin glow and so soft. The only thing i wish i could change is that the products are never the same consistency. the website doesn’t mention that it is because it is handmade. But my anxiety can’t help but wish it was one same consistency because it makes me the quality varies alongside the consistency. Also for those saying no ingredients on the products, i think they recently started putting it on the product packaging, but it’s always been on the website xx

I’ve been using the anti acne kit from Gwenivere skin for almost 2 years now and won’t use anything else. A really simple routine that just works for me. I do think it’s a bit strange the brand doesn’t provide any ingredients list for any of their products but I can’t complain, it works for me.

I’ve fully switched all my product to Gwenivere skin. My skin finally getting results I’ve been looking for years. Lovely girl and impressive small business. I will continue to support.

New lip formula is so bad, smaller packaging
Old one was way better and discrete as it didn’t stain lips so much and was more effective!!! When you get more followers quality goes down because you don’t care about customers or put the same effort into products!
