Awful company after been given the wrong parcel dress and trousers instead of lace top and trousers ,I proceed to drive up the unit to get it changed ,to save another wasted Jorney again, tried the top on in the unit toilets ,I only looked at the front of the lace top because I couldn’t not see the back ,when I came to wear the top ,it was pointed out to me ,that the lace had holes in the back ,so I drove back up to the unit once again ,to be told I could not change the top as it had been tried on in the unit ,and all items are checked ,how can it have been checked if I was given the wrong order and there was thousands of parcels to go out for the grand national therefore my parcel was not checked the garment was still in bag with labels attached ,bought from this company many times wound never by from them again

The best in the business. Great customer service delivery is always really fast even with pre order items I always receive my items the day after the items are back in stock! So happy with the new collection I’ve just got the gorgeous blue lace top with trousers for nephews christening and it’s perfect 🩵

Top was beautiful but ordered size 14/16 as it was lace was sent a size 10 my daughter could just fit in it .Was very disappointed.yes I could if returned it but I had to pay tracking package so would of lost more money.But it was delivered on time .Received order 10 th April.

I have been a customer of Gypsabella for around three years now, always end up buying from their drops for my special occasions, birthdays, NYE etc! Purchased the most gorg set for the races & got so many compliments from everybody there. I met Abby once at the shop she had in aintree and she couldn’t have done enough for me, helping me style the dress etc. Such good value for money too!!!😍

Absolutely amazing designs and the best customer service. I placed a pre order for the races and was worried if it would come in time so I emailed gypsabella and they emailed back almost instantly with all the information on who will be delivering and when it will arrive. Lo and behold it came exactly when they said and was in time for the races the team were so lovely and kept everyone updated on there instagram with any delays. Will 100% be ordering again the dress was stunning fit perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it at the races. Don’t believe all the negative reviews you see! X

I received a lovely yellow dress exactly like the picture lovely material .
The only problem been was to big so wanted to see if I could exchange it for a smaller size .
It as been a nightmare getting in touch with the company I have e mailed last Friday I have also DM on insta no reply’s not even to say it’s out of stock.
I wanted it for ladies day on Friday .so-not happy with the customer service.

Item came as described and in the time mentioned. 3rd outfit I have ordered from the brand and love them every time! Material and execution are gorgeous and true to size. Can’t wait to wear her out!!

Shocking customer service, dont respond to emails. No phone number to contact them, they dont answer insta messages, I bought a outfit that was pre order, a week later than when it was guaranteed to be with me, It still didn't arrive. I had to buy something else from somewhere else for a wedding. Will never order from these again

I ordered a dress for ladies day and I had some doubts about delivery arrival time, I decided to email gypsabella and they got back to me very quickly reassuring me the dress would be with me in plenty of time (it was). I massively appreciate their customer service it creates peace of mind as a customer and I will definitely be shopping with them again.
