Who ever is dealing with my case is really Careless. Had this issue regarding the decker leading to my backdoor for more than 6 months puttingmy familyin danger. No one could even bother coming to have a look at least.i had to take action my self and removed the rotten bit. After renoving the rotten bit. We found out that why thge decker was rotten. Because the drainage was block all this time. Causing all this issues we were having, I have escalated this issue dozens of time. Even when they send me a text saying they will be somebody coming to have a look they don't show..I been stranded for more that 6 months in this property.

Absolutely unprofessional! Two days ago I spoke with one of the agent there for a house for sell and she told me that this house is still available and she will contact me for best day of viewing. They just ignored me, today in the morning that house was sold! And also there is matter if English person speak with them or a foreign!

Very dissapointed for apparent disregard towards valued clients. Had a viewing booked for my brother today. On arrival was another disgruntled client who had been waiting for 30 minutes. Tried to call the office, kept getting their so called conceirge service. They could not put us through to anyone, could only pass on messages. Our agent was also a no show and we tried to call to no avail. Eventually managed to speak to a very helpful lady who said she would ask the manager to call. He did so, but sadly when I was in the middle of an important call. He left a message saying sorry and to to back to arrange another viewing. Would do so if anyone would answer. Tried Head office and they assured me that they would ask the branch manager to call. This was 4 hours ago and still waiting. My brother travelled a long distance for this viewing and in my opinion was a complete waste of time and money. Will never recommend Haart to anyone. A courtesy call from the agent would have been lovely and polite, but sadly nothing forthcoming.
EDIT: Just had a reply from facebook and they are trying to resolve. Will see how this goes and if is resolved satifactorily will edit this review.
