Sue Clack of Haarts has been amazing in all steps of helping sell my mother in law’s home. She has been especially understanding and sympathetic to the needs of our family at a difficult time. We contacted Haart King's Lynn via their web site after 7 in the evening and were amazed to get a phone call a few minutes later from them to arange a valuation for our property. Only two days later ,their Russel Bernstein spent half the afternoon with us, not just giving us a valuation, but also helping us to look at various options. The Market appraisal that he left with us was very thorough. He clearly had good knowedge of the area, right down to local bus services, and all aspects of the property market.
Unlike our experience with another agent last year,Russel was not pushy at all and clearly had allowed pleanty of time to get to get to know his potential clients and understand their needs fully. When we decide to sell we will definitely be calling Haart back.
