We finally went to Habit today after…

We finally went to Habit today after they opened in Queen Creek AZ on the 18th on my sons suggestion.. Total distaste..We had a char burger with cheese and a fis,h sandwich along with corn puffs. The rolls on BOTH were dry and tasteless. The fish was as bland as could be and the burger along with the condiments were tasteless. The puffs were fried so hard that the coating shattered like glass when bitten. There were seven persons behind the counter with only my wife as customers. After waiting eight minutes I finally had to yell for assistance.Totally a bad experience start to finish.If you do not change quite abit,you are doomed.

Unsafe food in Elk Gove California

On 2/14/2026 we purchased food for 3 for lunch to
celebrate my son's 36th birthday. When we got the food home it was inedible. Both burgers and the chicken sandwich were not cooked fully. After one bite we had to toss them. These are violations of the California Health and Safety Code 114004. Habit refuses to refund. Do not risk illness or more buying food at the Habit in Elk Grove California.

Incompetent at management regardless…

Terrible at management regardless expected as everything managed is done in the back of staff area in US food is terrible over excessive surplus of corrupt ingredients yes refunded ask for card though thanks another level of stress repairs are for losers who can't give us advance notice or a solution when they make over average wage I suppose relate prices with 10 gallon consumer gas subtotal. But let the workers & manager figure it out this is why I love incompetence my family to adult threaten act abandonment it's a drug that I respect with me just another sin of societies failure your doing me a favor by proving it please more cringe!

Habit Burger Grill is the only GOURMET fast food restaurant out there, #1 hands down, always cooked to order, served piping hot and out of this world delicious! Love this place!!

Habit overcharged me through their app.

I ordered food on their app and they overcharged me. It was only $3 but I'm on a fixed income and don't get to eat out much. $3 is more than I can afford to give away. I only ordered because they offered a discount but when I went to get the food, they charged me full price and wouldn't make it right. I contacted them with the form on their website and went round and round trying to add the time. It wouldn't take it no matter how I put it. Somehow, they got the complaint and replied that they would send me coupons if I'd send them my address. I want MY money back, not more of their food. It seems it makes me sick. That could be because they stole my money and I just can't. I will never patronize them again and would advise all senior citizens to avoid them.

The location I go to is in Eastvale…

The location I go to is in Eastvale Calif. and I always order the Chicken Caesar Salad with extra croutons and avocado. this locations seems to hardly ever get the order right. My last order had no croutons and no avocado, instead they put cucumbers. It got to the point where I had to call the Habit headquarters again for the 20th time. As much as I love the chicken salad, I will no longer go to this location. I don't feel valued as a customer and they don't care.

Some one need to re-train the staff…7-11 had to be my savior after the trash I received!!!

Some one need to re-train the staff here. No on seem to adhere to their order taking, therefore orders are incorrect always lacking something. I ordered char crooked chicken sandwiches and when my order was so-called ready I ended up with a salad….. after letting them know I didn’t order that they came with a salmon sandwich and I’m allergic to fish. Finally my order came and nothing was right. Thoroughly disgusted I have my trashy food to a homeless man who was really hungry…. At least this lackluster establishment in GARDENA made someone happy but it wasn’t me!!!!!! Never going back to this establishment ever. Had to settle for 7-11

NOT GOING THERE AGAIN

At the Habit Burger and Grill R 563 W. Channel Islands Blvd, Port Hueneme, Ca., this afternoon, we had the worst service and food production experience we have had and any Habit, or most other restrurants, for that matter.
We are very regular Habit customers. We had never visited this location. We Will not go there again.
We ordered a Grilled Chicken salad; we specified that certain onions, carrots, and cabbage were to be left out of the salad, and that Romain Lettuce be substituted for regular lettuce.
We also ordered two orders of Crispy Chicken Nuggets.
When we received the order we checked the salad and found that onions, carrots, and cabbage were in the salad. We did not check to make sure that both orders of Crispy Chicken Nuggets were in the bag.

The staff made a new salad. We checked it. We did not see onion, carrots, or cabbage. The lettuce was Romain.
When we arrived at our destination and opened the salad to eat we found that cabbage was indeed in the bottom of the salad.
We also found that there was only one order of Crispy Chicken nuggets. We were charged for only one; nonetheless, we wanted two orders.
Now we must take a part of our Sunday afternoon to get a new salad made.
We are not pleased!!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. We use to eat here all the time as it was close by and burgers OK. But a few months back a counter experience where I was passed over for customers behind me and /or getting their food served before me was met with the counter server not caring when brought to her attention. Even interacting with the so-called manager I asked for getting involved was classified as I was overreacting. No, I did not curse at them or was shouting. The people working at the Santa Clara Cal store @ Scott Blvd and El Camino Real were just too busy, too young ( including the manager) and inexperienced to try to make me happy with even a discounted burger to appease me. Not that I asked for that or wanted it. They just didn't acknowledge anything was wrong with my service. They didn't even make an attempt to solve the problem. I left because the manager was a cheerleader for the counter server......More interested in getting back to their busy patronage then being a problem solver. If you want an Ok burger (way overpriced by the way) and the serving staff is always right and the customer is always wrong then this place is for you. Poor understanding about building customers long term. In and Out Burger and 5 Guys burgers here I come again.
Even their stock price is way down. Word is getting out. Don't buy this stock. Ticker HABT Nasdaq
