Waited over a week for an explanation as to why my service is less than a trickle and has more than doubled in price to over 100 euros a month.

There are other options out there, find them. I cant wait to leave after seven years of being held hostage by these people who show very little respect for their trapped customers.

Terrible service. No response to any form of communication. It is now 20th November 2022 and I've been emailing them since 16th October 2022 about slow speed - and no response so far. You cannot access their office any more and I believe the only way to contact them is apparently bang on one of their side windows for someone to answer!

Excellent service, very polite and helpful.
We only had one issue in 4 years with the internet after a storm but was rebooted at the Habland end within 12 hours.

The worst service company I have ever dealt with. Firstly the service itself has been rubbish for months and they refuse to recognise any issue…which so many of us are having.
Secondly when they do answer the phone they palm you off saying you will get a call back that never happens.
The worst! We are cancelling on Wednesday!

I am so sick and tired of this greedy company and the lack of care for customers. I live out in the campo and have a small dish pointed at a mountain 8K away. But that dish has to service more and more people, especially with covid, so they cram more into a diminishing resource so they can make more money and never upgrade the equipment. there should be a refund rule, if they don't meet the described bandwith, cut the cost! If only there were alternatives.

Very bad service from Habland, since being taken over by EXcom. Wifi constantly down. Don’t reply to phone calls or emails. Wish we could find an alternative provider !

As other have said, this company is very unhelpful. Doesn't answer emails or phone calls, either in Spanish or in English. I've had no bills for 2 months but the monthly payment continues to go out of my account. I cancelled my fixed line phone in October and since then the monthly bill has increased. I've sent 3 emails and had no reply. I've phoned this morning both in Spanish and in English and can't get through. They've said they'll call back but i'm not holding my breath.
