Friendly personal service from a great team
Very personal service from a friendly team of carers, who were knowledgeable in my specialist diabetic needs. Patient and caring, especially throughout the challenging times of covid and the isolation I felt. They were able to support my love of music and films spending 1:1 time with me.

Review: of Hales Homecare Hull ( Everything is my opinion )
the office staff are unable to work without untruthful, being misleading, and rude, they also slander their own carers and don't give any support whatsoever to them!
some of the office staff moved from hica at home.
The manager is rude, contradicting and is not interested in listening to your issues the manager is incapable of hurdling cattle in my opinion.
I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HALES HOMECARE HULL
After my grandma, Jessie received verbal abuse from 2 different carers.
and the office as a whole providing misleading untruthful information to social services and accusing me of being Threating to staff which was untruthful and outrage.
the amount of service WE received was disgusting and I wouldn't even recommend that look after a toenail !!
I must say some of the carers are lovely and would do ANYTHING for the care receiver it's just some let down the company.
companies like this should be closed.
I will be here for anybody who has received abuse from hales home care hull and I will help them report this company to Every possible third party needed to feel free to contact me.
