The product is good but delivery was slow and communication was initially poor. It was resolved after sending an email and following this communication was improved and product received.

Did not receive order nor any update for 10 days

Initially I spoke to someone who suggested that I send photos of the hinge I needed. Today he put me through to Mo who was amazing. He was patient,kind, helpful and knowledgeable and solved my problem. It was a joy to be helped by him.

No information about my delivery. Delayed, might get it in a month time since ordered.

I ordered 6 brass window stays but when they arrived, I discovered that I could only fit 3 of them as the other windows were not suitable for this style. As they were expensive, I phoned and asked if I could return the unused 3 in original packaging and receive a refund! I was not hopeful as it was my error! However, the very nice person I spoke to said it would be fine to return the stays and I would be refunded in full, but obviously not for postage. I duly returned the items and received an email once they had been received telling me the refund would be credited to my account. All duly done very quickly and efficiently with no fuss or trouble for me! I am very impressed with the quality of the stays I was able to use and am disappointed not to have been able to use the others. This is a really good company with real, proper, old fashioned decent values and excellent customer service. A rarity in this day and age of the rogue traders selling inferior products and no customer service! I can recommend Handles4doors wholeheartedly and be assured you will be treated very well! Thank you so very much to all concerned with my purchase problems. Much appreciated! I will always look at your site first for any future purchases.
