Handy Candy Opiniones

Very happy birthday boy thanks to Handy Candy. To be recommended.

I got exactly what I wanted and very quickly.

brilliant , Excellent as always. Sometimes difficulty with stock but usually on short periods.
Could not get by without them

Love the plastic free options.
Fruit drops are delicious.

The Acid drops were too tightly wrapped which meant they were difficult to open causing the cellophane wrapping to stick to sweet.

My friends children were delighted with their sweet boxes. They said the sweets were lovely.

Good delivery in time frame that was said. Lovely sweets,my favourites, just how I remember them. Thankyou

The toffees were great. Good flavours and just the right chewing consistency.

Ordered the cinder toffee online as a gift.Great service, it was delivered really quickly and have been told it's lovely.
They emailed back quickly when I had a query too. Would definitely order from them again

Many “sold out” items but otherwise as always; Great.

Fresh delicious sweets, good memories, came when expected. Highly recommend. Delighted!

Speedy delivery, neatly packaged and good quality sweets. They were very straightforward to order from. I will use them again.

Always quick delivery, always good quality, always yummy.

Handy Candy's web-site was easy to use to search for the items required. Providing useful information regarding weights and quantities of sweets was extremely helpful. Availability of stock, timeliness of delivery and packaging were all excellent. Would definitely use but from Handy Candy again.

Best service and best sweets ever already looking too make next order 10 out of 10 company

Couldn’t find what I liked anywhere else. Environmentally positive site. Easy to use website.

excellent customer service
Very tasty sweets!

Handy Candy is good value for money: a wide range of sweets (particularly retro) at reasonable prices and with short delivery times. I buy their sweet boxes/hampers each Easter for my children who are always pleased to receive them.

Easy to order a gift for a friend who loves fizzy sweets, price was competitive from what I found. My friend loved them and found new sweets he’s never heard tasted

I like the environmentally friendly ethos and sustainable packaging. The sweets themselves are good, and there’s a pretty big range to choose from. However there have been issues with both orders I’ve placed recently. In the first order, neither pick and mix bag was sealed properly. They had burst open and the box they’d been delivered in was leaking sugar everywhere (also, the bags were gifts). To be fair, I emailed about this and was refunded the cost of one of the bags. The second order was late being dispatched because of staff illness. I don’t have a problem with this - however delivery is expensive - £4.79 depending on the weight of the package. For that price I expect the item to be delivered in the timescales specified, or for delivery to be refunded. I’ve ordered from a few different online sweet retailers - others offer discount codes or free delivery if you spend over X amount. I’m fine with Handy Candy not doing this, as the quality is higher than some of those other places. However for the prices charged, I would expect better overall service.
