I booked a taxi for 6:30 to arrive at work at 6:45, but the taxi arrived at 6:41! He texted me that he had arrived before I even arrived!! My work was delayed because of the taxi.

We’re sorry to hear your taxi arrived later than expected and that this caused a delay getting to work. We’d like to review your booking to understand what happened and ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’ve asked you to share more details about your booking so we can investigate what happened and address it directly.
It appears that it will be 15 minutes late from the time I booked and the delay is constantly increasing.
The taxi I booked for 6.30 is supposed to arrive at 6.45. Why? I'm late for work.

Paying twice for one ride.
I pay on the app and yet I'm still expected to pay the driver extra if his meter says the ride cost more than what the app has given me. I shouldn't have to pay twice for one ride?

Over 10 minutes late, called to check and was told to wait. No discount possible. Made late for carrying out procedures at the hospital.

You book it through the app and 3 minutes to arrival time car still hasn’t left the depot. Not the first time this has happened, always late- refuse to use from now on. No point being able to book for a set time if it’s always late.

Great driver
The driver was early, found the house which is very rare and was a great trip to Gatwick. Will be now booking my return with them.
