Bring back the cobbler

Orders are not being checked as they go out. Every single time .... every time I go through drive-thru something in my order is wrong, the receipt is right it's just not packed right. But that's not the reason for the review, my main purpose is to plead for the peach cobbler to come back. That was a really good dessert. Why was it ever taken off the menu?

I am beyond fed up with this Hardee's…

I am beyond fed up with this Hardee's location. I primarily order through DoorDash, and I've left a review on their site as well pending approval. I have ordered multiple times from this restaurant in the past few months, and my order has NEVER been right. I will continually ask for no egg, they will give me egg without fail. Oftentimes, they'll also mess up the Monster Biscuit and what it comes with (I don't remember the last time I saw ham on it when I ordered). They will either leave out the hashbrown or give someone who didn't even ask for them four helpings of hashbrowns. On the order I placed today, they left out the $5 orange juice. I have no idea what is going on with the breakfast shift at this location, but something needs to be done immediately whether that be retraining or shifting people around to different work shifts. I am no longer ordering from this location either via DoorDash or directly at the store location. I am beyond fed up at wasting my time and money to never get what I order.

Too much salt on my fries

Went to the store closest to my home, on Campostella road, Norfolk, Va and I asked for two sandwiches. There was a lot of playing around causing issues with my order. It took about 1/2 hour because with all the playing around, the young man put Mayo on my sandwich and had to remake it. The lady in charge, was not friendly at all. I asked for no seasoning on my fries NOT because of flavor but because of my medical conditions ( Hypertension). The lady had split the fries but I watch the young man sprinkled all over. This is NOT the first time I experience this problem at this store but it will be the last. When I got home, I couldn’t eat the fries due to the salt that she insisted, he did NOT sprinkle on them. I ended up throwing them in the trash. Poor leadership and bad management. Due the time I had to wait for him to remake the sandwich, the fries got cold and soft also very salty. I’m done with this particular store. This is just my opinion. Also I did NOT get my receipt.

Your chicken tenders shrunk 2 of them…

Your chicken tenders shrunk 2 of them wouldn't make 1 tender. First they forgot them
Had to go back in and get them and when I got back at work to eat there was 2 minature tenders. Supposed to be 3. I think it will be awhile for I go back. I give a 1 rating

Had the new frisco breakfast burger it was excellent was their first order of it coming out today at Hardee’s in diberville MS they have the best customer service I have seen. Everyone there was nice and friendly. Employee’s coming in the door for their shift greeting the other employees greeting us as we sat and eat. I always make a couple stops in there for breakfast on vacation. Excellent service keep up the good work

When I asked for certain things to be done to my food Misty Murphy always make sure she does it and she gets it right where the rest of them I don't say that they get it right like I sausage biscuit I wanted it on a light biscuit Misty Murphy gave it to me on a light biscuit

Refund.

I requested a delux burger meal from hardees Khalifa city B in AD, first order was late and food was cold I returned it and request new one, they said they will make another but the second meal was still cold and fries was hard and worse, I paid 51 for this meal and I pay for the delivery and with this I received a cold meal with hard fries. That was done deliberately just bc I refused to receive the first meal cold so they change the bag only but not the meal!!! . I want a refund, my order is 3435793592. I paid good amount and I expect to receive new hot meal and not give me the old one in a new bag … this is really bad service

West Mason Street Green Bay...horrible…

West Mason Street Green Bay...horrible quality food. I used to order an occasional monster burger...they were BIG. Ordered one yesterday, $15.50, burger was smashed flat, small bun used, less than half the bacon, and burger was broken into pieces. Norhing like the original. Scam sizing. Small drink and small fry....for $15.50 no less. Total rip off. I'm done with Hardee's forever.

Me and my family are currently snowed…

Me and my family are currently snowed in at a motel in Union City TN and my husband walked across the way to get me and our kids breakfast but once he got there I realized he left his money at the room so I called the restaurant and let them know and these kind people gave him our breakfast for free so he wouldn't have to walk all the way back to get the money...we appreciate it so much and our breakfast was great thank you so much ❤️
