Help fixing broken Macbook screen
My leased Macbook had a broken screen. Hardsoft organised collection for repair and provided a load device to enable me to keep working. This was done swfitly and easily. Thanks Hardsoft

Danielle maintained strong…communication
Danielle maintained strong communication with myself and always responded back to me within a substantial timeframe.
Having issues recieving the devices from Dpd on multiple occasions Danielle was extremely helpful trying to get the devices to my store which was more than appreciative.
She also gave a personal touch in her emails which is also refreshing to see these days.

I recently had to send my MacBook Air in for repair and the whole process was handled brilliantly from start to finish. Michelle from the Customer Care Team was fantastic — friendly, clear, and proactive throughout. She kept me updated at every step, arranged a loan laptop quickly so there was no downtime for our business, and made sure everything was collected and returned smoothly.
It’s rare to find customer service that’s this professional and genuinely helpful these days — nothing ever felt like a hassle. I’m very happy with the support I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HardSoft to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT partner.

Danielle Parker is who we have been dealing with at our company and has always been wonderfully responsive to any issues or concerns we may have. We have had a few issues in the past with the rise in phone stealing etc in London and she has always been on hand to provide accurate and timely problem solving to make sure that our staff can continue to operate
