Order and delivery all great, but can't comment on the goods!
The experience I'm reviewing is the ordering and delivery of my UPS batteries, which was flawless. I'm not reviewing the batteries themselves, however, because my order was due to a misunderstanding and I didn't actually need them just yet, so they remain under my desk in their box for now!

Stairlift batteries...
We needed some Stairlift batteries in a hurry for my in laws. Hardware express fulfilled the order in a couple of days which minimised the impact of the stairlift breakdown.
Prompt delivery and well packaged items. Very happy with our purchase...

The battery was good; delivery was appalling.
The battery was perfect and was delivered promptly but just not to my home where I asked it to be left. I waited all afternoon with a neighbour who was going to fit it for me, but it was really a quarter of a mile away. That's a long way to carry a heavy battery for an OAP.

Incredible service and unexpected Saturday delivery
I am seriously impressed with Hardware Express. I placed an order on Friday and was pleasantly surprised when the batteries arrived the very next day on a Saturday—I wasn't expecting it that quickly! Beyond the speed, their website is excellent; it's detailed and very helpful when you're trying to ensure you've got the right specs. The checkout process was seamless.
