Harry Potter Shop Opiniones 

I ordered two items from Harry Potter Shop.
The package was sent in a relatively timely manner, however when receiving it I realized that it contains wrong items (one of the items was sent twice).
Trying to contact their support with no success over the last week.

Update: eventually got contacted by customer service and got a refund for the wrong item I received

I have had a bad experience with this company. I bought 2 items and still have not received one and have had no updates or tracking to know when my second item will be received.
Strangely, we received the t shirt which was personalised first. I requested a larger size in an email 2 minutes after sending my order as I saw people say the shirts are very small. This was never addressed and the shirt received was too small. I stupidly paid to express mail the t shirt back as a letter that came with the shirt said I could return it for an exchange or refund if I was unhappy " for any reason". I have now learned that the Returns area refused my package! I am trying to follow this up but with less customer service ( it seems) that staff are in no hurry to answer calls or respond to emails. I live in Australia so time differences ad to complications of matching the so called opening hours of the shop to actually speak to a person.
So poor and very confused about why they would not even accept my return. Why does a company say they will refund or exchange and item " for any reason", when they refuse to even accept a return sent at great expense??
They have left me angry and disappointed.
