We purchased an Ava large vanity unit from Harvey George a few years ago and the quality of the product is excellent. We had some water damage to the plinth directly below the sink (not a fault of Harvey George) recently and I contacted them to see if they could provide me with a new plinth and I would pay whatever was required. The customer service team couldn’t be more helpful and even replaced the plinth free charge and sprayed it in the matching colour. This is honestly the best customer service I have ever received! Highly recommend these guys.

Just not what we expected quality wise for the price.

Such a helpful company in assisting me to decide on best vanity for our space. Am delighted with the unit which looks fabulous in our en suite. One of the few companies to offer all drawers and not a false drawer in front of the sink. Would definitely use again, great customer service.

We travelled over to Harrogate to the Harvey George showroom where we were met by the lovely Emily .
Emily gave us all the time we needed to talk through our plans and showed us all the various options for our vanity unit and tall
boy .
Now that we have those items in our new bathroom , we are more than pleased with them .
All questions we had before purchasing and during the manufacturing stage were replied to ,either by email or a phone call from Emily .

Had my bathroom done this year, it was a big renovation, so every detail needed to be perfect. The look I wanted required Bespoke Units.

We first saw their products online and loved the flexibility and bespoke nature of the range. The configurator on the website was great and designing our new vanity was easy to do with so many options. We visited the showroom to get a feel for the quality and met Toni who was excellent. She was so helpful and informative, also checking through our specification for piece of mind...and gave us full marks! Delivery was perfect, with a call from the drivers on the day, who were both just as helpful as Toni in the showroom. A top quality product from a top quality company. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a bespoke size Amy vanity unit in Drizzle from Harvey George and the whole experience was faultless from start to finish. The ordering process was simple, the team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (a big thanks to the sales team who have the patience of a saint - it was certainly tested before I finally placed my order), and delivery was ahead of their stated lead time.

The vanity unit itself is absolutely beautiful – the soft Drizzle colour is elegant, the paint finish is flawless, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. It has completely transformed my bathroom. Everything felt carefully handled and thoughtfully executed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Absolutely delighted with our new double vanity unit, sinks and bath panels from Harvey George. The quality is excellent, as was their customer service, accomodating 2 separate orders into one delivery and changing handles after I changed my mind initially. So pleased that we found them via Instaram. Highly recommended.

Bought two oak bottle racks which were sized specifically for a larder cabinet - and then the bottle racks etc., also sized (spaced) for best convenience of use.

Very nice people to deal with and the finished product looks great!

We recently installed the vanity unit and are very pleased with the look and quality.
The only minor improvement I would suggest is to update the ordering process on the website to make it clear the shaker doors do not come as standard (the photos give the impression they do).

Visited the showroom and was amazed by how vast it is! So many options to look at and really beautiful furniture. Sales lady wasn’t pushy, just left me to look at leisure. I ordered a lovely vanity unit called Hope which has a drawer and cupboard so really handy for what I needed. It arrived in 5 weeks so quicker than expected and we had it installed last week. It looks fantastic! Really good quality. I chose the oak dovetail drawer box upgrade and I’m so happy I did as it really adds to the overall luxury of it. I have already recommended to family and I am very happy with my lovely new unit

Popped into the showroom a couple of months ago, staff were friendly and knowledgeable answering all my questions regarding a bespoke unit I was looking for.

Delivery was quick (over a week early!) and the drivers were polite and courteous. Communication was great from the girls there and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I purchased a vanity unit 3 years ago, however a couple of months ago I noticed damage to the paintwork on the middle rail. I contacted HG customer services was advised at the time I made my purchase there was no 10 year warranty as there is now. I sent photographs at their request, they said they would repair the damage which I was very grateful for. The first repairman came out with a new middle rail, colour didn’t match, 2 weeks later the repair was completed. However at this time myself and the repairman discovered further paint damage the repairman was unsure if he should try to touch up the damage paint, however he did do so. I contacted customer services who advised me to send photographs of this damage which I did on 1st May 2025, stating I considered all the paint damage was either a manufacturing/paint issue and I was concerned further damage will occur over time. On 12 May 2025 I had not received a response I sent a further email. I received a response on 14 May their conclusion to the damage is a result of water damage caused by high levels of moisture in the bathroom and is not related to a manufacturing issue. I responded on 15 May 2025 regarding their conclusion, stating I found their conclusion bizarre from photographs alone no visit from the Technical Department or the Production Manager, no moisture metre was used by the repairman. Also there is no moisture/water damage throughout the bathroom which is fully tiled. HG advertise these expensive units for use in a bathrooms in fact on my Instagram feed the advert states VANITY UNITS ARE MADE FROM MOISTURE RESISTANT HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS. I have yet to see a bathroom that is free from water or moisture. It is the 4 June 2025 20 days since my last email disputing their ridiculous conclusion to the damage and I have yet to receive any response. I would not recommend Harvey George as I feel their vanity units are not fit for purpose together with not responding to emails in a timely manners. Beware!!!

UPDATE
just to clarify HG’s response to my review.
On 16 June I contacted HG regarding their response asked to speak with a manager, after two calls someone eventually contacted me but was unable to help, therefore someone else would ring me.
On 18 June I had two phone calls from the Production Manager I explaining to him that the language used was insulting and wrong in their response “ MISUSE AND INAPPROPRIATE CARE” together with inaccuracies within their response.
1. Offering a waterproof option - NO MENTION OF THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE - NO OPTION WHEN ORDERING ON THEIR WEBSITE - I WAS NEVER OFFERED THIS OPTION OR ANY DISCUSSION IF I HAD HIGH LEVELS OF MOISTURE IN THE BATHROOM, WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. Why do they have this if as they say their furniture is suitable for bathrooms?
2. Recommend proper ventilation - NOTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE - NO INFORMATION INCLUDED WITH DELIVERY.
3. Furniture requires regular maintenance and protection from prolonged moisture exposure - AGAIN NO MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN ON DELIVERY. Again these vanity units they state are suitable for bathrooms.
Over two phone calls that day discussion took place over the insulting language of misuse and inappropriate care, I was told it was not meant to be insulting yet he was not able to give me a satisfactory answer why those words were used when it was wrong and there had been NO misuse or inappropriate care which in a round about way he agreed it was wrong to use this language. Moisture levels again were discussed again I disputed high levels of moisture was the cause and maintained poor manufacturing/paint was the cause. I requested that HG should edit their response to reflect the truth. The 2nd phone call he said “ If you remove your review HG’s review will automatically be removed”( UNBELIEVABLE). I told him it dose not work like that HG could edit their review at anytime, he stated he didn’t know how these reviews work - 🤔 due to going around in circles I asked to speak to Head Office who he had taken his instructions from regarding deleting my review, he said no reason why not and he would get Head Office to contact me. It is actually a waste of time contacting them as they must have a book of excuses they reference.
21 DAYS LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING CONTACT

Almost 1 week on from ordering some “in stock” handles and not even dispatched. Charging 9.95 for delivery that takes over a week is ridiculous in this day and age. Don’t waste your time here, just go to a store instead.

We had a pretty nice vanity unit made but I'd be a little wary of the quality longer term. The toilet seat broke just outside of warranty (metal totally snapped so clearly faulty) and the customer service has been really poor.

I had searched for a vanity unit for my bathroom refurbishment for months, never finding exactly the right thing. I found Harvey George online and although they weren’t cheap I liked the fact that I could get the colour I wanted. However I didn’t realise quite how much I could personalise my unit until I visited the store. The assistant was excellent and not at all pushy. Visit the store if you’re considering a purchase because you’ll see so many options and you’ll experience the quality of their products. It’s a lot to forename you want to be sure about it. I absolutely love my vanity unit. It looks amazing in my bathroom and I’m so pleased I went with them. Highly recommend!
