I purchased a voucher from Woucher for this phone from I hate my phone, knowing it was second hand and was a fair asking price,I bought it, paying delivery (extra) for next day delivery at a set time period. That day was Tuesday, just delivered today Friday. Phone case is filthy!! No marks on screen display, but rear of phone covered in sticky residue, believe it to be from "sticker" labels. Front screen same and covered in finger smudges. Battery flat..ok..battery charging port and other open ports showing dust, residue from previous owner. £35 Pounds plus delivery wasted. This may not happen to you, just think, happened to him, why not me then?
In all fairness I phoned this company to speak to them, 15.26hrs. Recorded message says I cant speak or leave a message. Trying to give them a fair chance. Not wanting to return goods, not looking for money back. Just explanation, why they thought it ok to send dirty, merchandise to customers?

Ordered the 6th gen iPad, was surprised how fast it was delivered and it looked brand new, my little lad was absolutely buzzing

I had placed an order for the LG G6 phone on 24/06/026 and the phone was delivered on the 25/0626, I was expecting slight scratches and normal wear and tear, I was surprised at the condition of this phone, it looked brand new. The delivery was fast, price was good and the phone is working with no problems, they even called me back to query whether everything was okay with the product, good customer service from this business. I would buy from this business again and would recommend this business to buyers.

Phone supplied was as described and very quick delivery.

I was also very impressed by the after service.

A lovely follow up to check that the phone arrived and was up to the standard I was expecting.

Would highly recommend.

I have been interacting with customer service about a upgrade ,, and I must say what fantastic service I received, I exchanged emails between me and them on a few occasions especially with a absolutely lovely lady named Freya , she was so helpful and understanding and not only dealt with what was a mix up on my behalf ,, but was so understanding which you seldom get when engaging with a lot of other companies who can be cold and none empathetic,, but I’d give this company not 5 stars but 10 stars having putting my faith back into human kindness, if anyone who happened to engage with customer service for whatever reason I’m sure you’ll understand when I say what I’m saying ,, thank you all especially FREYA x

Bought a phone for my elderly mum. Very good condition, well packaged for postage. Initial difficulty with it charging. Messaged seller, immediate helpful response which resolved the issue. Def recommend

I purchased a lucky dip Tablet from wowcher that sounded like a good deal, however the Tablet I received, an Asus nexus 7 is 13 years old and has very limited functionality, it was only needed for simple use, mainly YouTube and Netflix for my son and the ability to download a colouring game or something for him to play. This tablet is not even capable of that, the appstore no longer works and the apps don't work that are already there. It can browse the Internet but even that is difficult. It's a disappointing that the tablet doesn't work as it's too old. It is, however, in good condition and came with the correct charger and was packaged safely. Only downside is it doesn't work as a functional device in 2026, being 13 years old I'm not surprised lol.

Hate My Phone advertised on GoGroopie, a "Tech Mystery Box" showing and detailing various items such as reconditioned iphones, tablets, Samsung products. When it arrived my "box" was a paper bag containing a plug and a lead. Very dissapointed.

I purchased a phone on 11/01/2026 from this company and I am very disappointed for the lack of communication. No updates about delivery received and I sent an email yesterday 22/01/26 and still no reply. No phone no communication and no refund. Will not use this company in the future

Delivery took over a week and when it got here it wasnt working, I understand this happens. So I got in touch with them and they offered me to keep it with a 30% discount! No good to me as it wasnt working, eventually I was able to send it back, but with a fight for the refund! 2 weeks later and no cost of postage just for said item.. consumer law states faulty goods gives you full refund including postage payed. I am fighting this as it was nearly £10 postage. Yet to receive it and still awaiting refund for faulty goods.... needles to say I do not recomend.

I bought an iPad from them. It looks great and works well. Highly recommended to all.

Delivery was prompt, with no issues. The phone was in good condition, but somewhat older than I had realised - it was a 2017 phone and the latest available android is v9 (2021). I mention this not because its the companies fault (2017 was stated in the advert!), but as a consumer I didn't realise it would have an impact. I had difficulties doing a factory reset because the Google FRP wouldn't let me pass, and the phone was stuck. I contacted the company and they gave prompt and useful advice. The phone is now working. But I'll buy a newer model next time.

I ordered an iPad from this company, and unfortunately the device stopped working shortly after I received it. My experience with their product and service has been really disappointing. Based on what I went through, I personally wouldn’t recommend this company to others. I hope they improve their quality and customer support in the future.

Paid for IPad in advance. First confirmed delivery date nothing. Second delivery date nothing beginning to sound very scam like regardless of reviews. Not happy with this service.

Went through Wowcher to buy Ipad 2. Knew it was old and only wanted it as a simple back-up communication device.
Issue 1. This Ipad needs a special charger. I have ordered this separately and charge 69% on delivery fading fast.
Issue 2. Ipad 2 did not come with any instructions so downloaded over internet on my desktop.
Issue 3. Despite repeated attempts device will not connect with home wifi. So currently u/s as a communication device.
Issue 4. Received unexpected call on my mobile from HateMyPhone. Unable to pick up in time so called back and was told to call back again. Not happening. Unsolicited calls will be blocked. Two stars given as packaging was good and delivery timeous. These however are no longer of value since it was a working Ipad 2 I wanted. Wowcher deals not really deals at all.
Vendor contacted me 11/12/25. Addressed and answered my concerns. As a result I am happy to revise my review to 4* as customer service excellent.

I purchased a refurbished Kindle Fire 7HD from Hatemyphone through an online discount company called Wowcher. I struggled a bit at first with the purchase as I had not used that company before but got there in the end. The Kindle itself is brilliant. It is in Excellent condition. It looks like a new one. No blemishes or scratches. Im very pleased with it. No problems at all.
