Customer service is useless if you have a problem, but they are ready to take your order! I ordered the car cup holder, it is way to small to fit in my vehicle and it is not large enough to hold my coffee mug. I’ve tried 3 times to get a refund and no response to my requests. I think I’m going to take legal action even for the $37 it cost me!

I am really pleased with my double cup holder. It is just as advertised. Holds my larger bubba water mug and my coffee. I know I will get a lot of use out of this. I love how it sits down in the cup holder, doesn't get in your way.

First let me say that so far I love your product. But.... it took me over an hour to get to it. The square container was confusing. By the time I got to the product I had broken the top mostly off before I figured out how it was supposed to open. Very frustrating. I think you need to either make it round or give the instructions that it screws off. Being square i just thought it snapped off. Plus I have arthritis and when I went to the second one I hand a very hard time unscrewing it.

Absolutely love love love the Hatino store and all their cool gadgets and unique items and especially the car phone wireless charger holder... It's badass and I love it and I highly recommend this store for new ideas you have because they probably have it!! I will definitely purchase from them again 💯☺️

I have enjoyed using the mushroom cushion concealer, it feels good on my skin and doesn't leave a greasy residue on your face. I also found the price to be very reasonable too.
My only thing that I can say negatively is I wished there had been some instruction on using this product written in English, that way I would be certain I was applying the concealer properly. Thank You!

Ordered the "carnet bag pocket handbag holder" thru FB. Arrived and is too wide for my 2013 car! No refunds and can't even find the website. My 1st scam. Disgusting.

this place is trash. They double charged me and wouldn't return my money. They said "order is already in production". It was there error not mine. Then on top of all that I get the merchandise and it's cheap chinese junk!!! Buyer beware!!!!
