Hatton Garden Workshop Opiniones

Very friendly and helpful. It was a very important item to me (parents wedding ring being resized) and the service was wonderful

So knowledgeable and after going to literally 4 places across the country - this was the only shop that actually managed to fix my very sentimental pearl necklace clasp

Very easy online booking service. The team did a very good jewellery repair at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the result and plan to commission a bespoke item next.

Excellent supportive and clear. Felt safe and professional at all times.

Thanks to Hatton Garden workshop for repairing my rings. They were efficient and friendly.
Thank you

Very quick ring adjustment, ordered it for the following week but was ready the next day, great service

The whole experience was great. I visited for a ring resizing. I was given time to fully decide on the work, informed on the process and result.
The ring resize is incredible. I couldn’t believe how perfectly they resized it. The ring was also cleaned and returned super shiny.

A stone had fallen out of my engagement ring, which I’ve worn every day for 35 years. The workshop rebuilt the setting, replaced the stone, made the ring a little larger and gave it a good polish. It really looks like the day we bought it. I’m delighted - thank you. Great communication too, and a good price.

Hatton Garden Workshop were a pleasure throughout, utterly professional and highly efficient. They took care of my much loved ring and restored it, perfectly and ahead of schedule. Thank you!

Very professional service.

I wanted to get my platinum wedding band resized and knew Hatton Garden was the place to go but the choice was very overwhelming given it is the diamond quarter of London.

A quick google search found this place with very positive reviews so took the plunge and glad I did.

I met Michael, a very knowledge and laid back guy who described the process and it was all very simple and made sure I would get a fit I was happy with. I felt the price was reasonable.

I even got it back next day considering I was told a week. Have no complains, they polished the ring and made it look brand new.

Fantastic place and I thoroughly recommend it. It's also tucked out of the way in Hatton Garden so if discretion is your thing, this is the place to go.

I had a very delicate baby bracelet mended. I was very impressed with it, you can’t even tell it was fixed and cleaned it up nicely. Service was very great, highly recommend!

I found Hatton Garden Workshop largely because of the great reviews on Google. And it couldn’t be more truthful. They were so helpful with a repair and cleaned a couple of my pieces to a sparkle I couldn’t have imagined. Lovely people too.

Very professional staff. Knew exactly what I wanted. My great grandmothers earrings were recreated to make a gorgeous diamond ring for my wedding. I was speechless when I saw it. Thank you for outstanding work and care.

How rare and how glorious to find real specialists, real artists who can repair a beloved piece of jewelry. We were blown away by the personal care and warms we were met with. And my beloved necklace is now safely around my neck again. I can warmly recommend The Hatton garden Workshop and I will be back!

Really helpful throughout the process, couldn’t recommend highly to anyone needing to re-size rings.

I was really pleased with the work done on my three rings. Engagement ring repaired beautifully and all three re-plated to a perfect shine. They listened well to what I wanted and explained the cost in detail, breaking down each part so I could decide what I did and didn't want to be done. Very efficient turnaround too.

I’d been putting off having my broken necklaces fixed for too long because I didn’t know where to look. It turned out to be a much simpler process than id anticipated and much cheaper too. I’m so happy with my necklaces- they have huge sentimental value and it feels good to be able to wear them again.

Excellent experience at HGW who repaired antique family rings in pretty bad shape. Straightforward and transparent and of course the rings are just like new!

Easy appointment booking online. Knowledgeable and friendly team. Splendid communication from start to finish. Excellent repair of my ring that required re-tipping of damaged claws - true craftsmanship. I highly recommend HGW.
