I ordered jeans,12-4-25 haven't received them yet, I hope I get them omg

Dress was cheap. Materials were nothing like the picture. Only offered a 20% refund. Don't waste your money

I ordered from this company in early July. It is almost September and I have not heard a peep. I wish I had read the comments/reviews first. ugh

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Everything that was said is true. They rarely except returns as it will cost you and then too much money to return the clothes to China. The clothes are cheaply made and not worth the cost. They will offer you 20 to 35% refund instead of a full refund. AND my items caused an allergic response that spread over my body after only trying it on for a minute.
I would recommend NOT using their services. TOO Big of a risk.

This company holds itself out to be based in the United States when in fact it is based in China with the United States warehouse. They state on their website that they will provide free exchanges for items that are their responsibility when I attempted such an exchange they refuse to do so unless I paid a $14 shipping fee. This is not their policy according to their website and I do not like an Asian company marketing itself as an American company. Would never order from them again and encourage everyone else to boycott.

#hausofsavage TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I am so annoyed at myself for ordering from here!! My order was 6 items but HORRIBLY made clothes!! Only 1 item fit, my order was over $100 and they only wanted to refund me $28!! I took a chance thinking I was supporting a small business and the clothes are poor quality, ill-fitting, cheap, arrived in a cheap bag, from CHINA. Offered for me to return at my own expense which cost $300 USD to send back, which was way more than total order cost. I am usually a smart shopper, but I guess since being home so long during the pandemic this one got by me as a scam from Instagram. This is the first time I have ever ordered from these women-focused boutique-style shops. LESSON LEARNED do NOT order from these Instagram boutiques if they are NOT in the United States!! Check to see reviews first!!

OH YEAH, THIS IS MORE THAN IS A CHINA BASED SCAM BUSINESS AND DO NOT RISK GETTING REFUND AND/OR BEING EXPECTED TO SEND ITEMS BACK TO CHINA AT OWN EXPENSE, WHICH IS SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!!
