Tyrone did a great job managing the rental of my property over the past 3+ years, and more recently handling the sale. He was always proactive, easy to deal with, and reliable.
He put a lot of time and effort into keeping me updated at every stage, and was always on hand to offer clear, practical advice. The sale wasn’t the easiest, but Tyrone handled it really well and did his best to keep things moving along.
Overall, I felt like my property was in very safe hands, and I would highly recommend Tyrone and the team at Hauzoo.

I had the good fortune to have Tyrone managing the purchase of a flat in Catford for my daughter as a first time buyer. From the first moment of showing me the property he was amenable, helpful, clear and proactive for his seller. Throughout the process he has been efficient and responsive to our many questions and needs to visit the property. And in the tense moments of completing the sale he was always available to push the sale through. It felt like a team effort and my daughter now has her first lovely home! I cannot recommend Hauzoo enough. It has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you.

The whole process was seemless , from tenant find, contract and now to tenant checkout.

I have used David a few times to find new tenants and each time he has been amazing. A pleasure to work with and 100% professional and reliable. Each time he has gone above and beyond. I can honestly say he is the best in the business.

We had a fantastic & full circle experience with Tyrone at Hauzoo. Starting with Tyrone managing our property for us with brilliant tenants & then selling our flat for us. All of this was whilst we lived out of the country in Australia in a completely different time zone. Tyrone goes the extra mile with his service& communication. He is professional but also fun to work with. Highly recommend Hauzoo after working with the whole team, not just Tyrone.

At first all was good, got quite a few viewings and communication was good, but then viewingsand communications where very thin, so had mulity agency showing my property.
I was also told by the agents
"contact me any time I'm here to help".
Ok great that's good or so I thought. Until they did actually find me a buyer.
Then trying to get hold of the 2 person team that were dealing with my property was ridiculous.
Would have to phone multiple times to find out what's going on. At times my broker would phone, the agents wouldn't answer their phones. I would send text message to find out was going on, but 90% of the time they went unanswered too. I was told by one of the team that " I don't know your broker never met him , so don't want to talk to him" ( RUDE).
Day of completion, my agent phoned me in the morning to say " oh when your leaving call me so I can tell the new buyer to collect the keys" . That wasn't a problem.
When all monies where paid I tryed 3 times too get hold of him, well 3 days later still have not heard from him as he couldn't have be bothered to pick up the phone.
It's a good job the buyer turned up to collect the keys.
I would not use or recommend this estate agent to anyone too use.
Communication is very poor.

Tyrone has been absolutely fantastic during the whole rental process.
The amount of time and effort that Tyrone has put into my property has been incredible. We have had numerous phone calls, he has visited the property a number of times and has helped liaise with my previous tenants, find builders and then get new tenants. He goes the extra mile constantly and has always kept me up to date with what is happening.
I had some difficult tenants who hadn’t kept the property very well. Tyrone helped mediate between the tenants and myself, which he didn’t need to do, but it helped to get the tenants to leave the property. He then arranged for a builder to come and make significant repairs and the builder did a brilliant job. Its very difficult these days to find builders that are good, reliable and that could work quickly to turn the property around in order for me to get new tenants in and to get rent as soon as possible. Tyrone has the contacts and as a result of the great work they did, I have achieved significantly more rent from my new tenants than I was expecting. The new tenants have also moved in very quickly so again I am able to get rent as soon as possible after the old tenants moved out.
I have had lots of rubbish estate agents in the past who promise a lot and then do not keep you informed and cause more issues than they are worth. Tyrone is just so different and refreshing to the other estate agents. I debated going with other estate agents and am so happy that I didn’t as Tyrone has taken so much stress out of the process for me. I will definitely use Tyrone again for all of my properties and cannot recommend him highly enough. If you want an estate agent who genuinely cares about his clients, go with Tyrone. I am very happy with the decision I made and you wont regret using Tyrone.

Tyrone has been amazing throughout the entire process from start to finish (i.e. deciding what property management to go with and then preparing to advertise the property to ensuring the smooth move-in of the new tenant). Tyrone was really helpful, had great communication, addressed any queries/concerns we had, and could be relied upon to do anything that he had promised to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Regarding Hauzoo full property management service, all staff have been friendly, helpful, and responsive so far. Any issues (e.g. property repairs, payment issues) have been addressed quickly. I also love how quickly rent payments are processed! I’ve only had a few months under their management but so far, so good.

Great service for flat rental (landlord experience). Tyrone found a huge number of potential tenants and organised the flat viewings with minimal input from myself - securing excellent rent yield.

Administration is very streamlined and all done online. All this at a competitive rate. Would recommend and use again.
