I have been using the Havealook Website for just over 16 years. Their websites are great, easy to use and update and we ranked on page 1 for Google searches for over a decade. Their shopping cart was easy to use and update and above all their support based in Melbourne, yes Melbourne not overseas, was very fast to respond at the rare time, I had an issue. Thoroughly recommend them.

I had my website designed by Havealook towards the end of 2022 and although a little bit of miscommunication in the beginning I have loved the process with Havealook and am very proud of my website . Havealook have been the website and email hosts for my business for many years. Their customer support service team is excellent. I often liaise with Trevor and more recently Narelle but there is always a team member on hand to respond quickly and professionally to queries.

During the Victorian covid lockdowns with my Ringwood shop restricted from opening I refreshed my website to increase online sales. I worked with Jacob their SEO specialist. Jacob worked together with the design team in the process of transferring data to new categories and ensuring functionality of the various elements of the new website and I was really happy with the overall result.

Engaging Jake and the team was a positive move and the google ranking quickly accelerated to 1st place in some key categories and page 1 in others. This has increased my sales online and instore, with customers coming to the shop specially to purchase dried flower arrangements and has also increased enquiries for the rental side of the business.
