Patiently, the developers worked with our list of needs and wants to produce a website which has had a positive impact on the club's communications.
Editing the website is quick and easy, meaning that it is kept up to date with relevant information and news - a must when communicating with 800 members.

Our website was built by Havealook and from start to finish it was a hassle free process with results that were beyond my expectations. I was speaking with someone throughout the entire process and was never left in the dark with what was going on from day 1. The system used to make updates to my website is very easy (and I'm not a tech head) giving me confidence to always update my website with new pictures and information keeping my site fresh. The design I could not be happier with, I spoke with a graphic designer directly throughout the build of the website and he nailed it. But the best part of it all is the support. If I have a question on how to make an update to my website, I just call up or send an email and they walk me through it. Its refreshing not being put through to an overseas call centre, you just know you are speaking to someone in Australia and they are all friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends & clients in the future.

This is my first web page ever and only had a small idea of how i wanted my web site to look but had no way of explaining it so i gave the Havealook team some web pages i liked the format and layout of, told them i wanted it to be clean, sharp and have a bit of a wow factor about it. It was hard for me at first to get my ideas across to them but with patience they coaxed me along and in the end i pretty much gave them free reign to see what they could come up with for me.
Well what they came back with blew my mind, i am so impressed with the final design and the help they gave me was sensational. They explained things over the phone whenever i had any issues and their tutorials are excellent in explaining how to go about adding and updating things as i got to learn my way around the website.
The initial cost while a little daunting at first, becomes less of an issue when you look at the final results. Im loving it and the ease in which i am able to manage it myself is fantastic. Well done Havealook..Aggravated Cutting

First call to help line absolutely useless second call spoke to a consultant that could not do enough for you and was extremely helpful in every way. would not leave the problem until it was fixed.

WOW!!! We are so happy with the website Havealook created for our new company. It turned out better than we envisioned! The whole process was so much easier than I thought it was going to be. The online tutorials that explain how you manage your website after it is designed is very easy to understand. The support guys have been so patient with me and what little changes I wanted done. Couldn't be more happier!!!

We are a fund manager and were referred to Havealook by an industry colleague. We have been using havealook for over 3 years now and for the following reasons, we are absolutely delighted with them:

1. Excellent value for money
2. Simple and easy to use web update system
3. Highly responsive customer service

From time to time we need to update our web site, instead of employing an expensive IT consultant which would cost time and money, I simply log into the system and make the relevant changes.

I am not an IT person but relatively tech savvy (which may help a little bit) however if I haven’t done an update for a month or two and forget how to do something I simply ring the service line and they walk me through it.

We upload files, photos, text, etc all with ease and for free. I like it because we make changes to the web site instantly and it does not waste management time or money…..

I cannot recommend Havealook more highly.

PS. I have used other web site management systems that use word press.....in my opinion Havealook's is much easier and far superior.

Website designed in no time at all. Problems were sorted quickly. Staff are always friendly to someone who does not always understand "computer" language. Ongoing support and troubleshooting worthy of congrats.

After a short brief with our website designer, they "nailed" the look and feel of our site first time around, a couple of small Tweeks were requested, and the site was finished. During the entire process, the havealook team were always their to answer calls and return emails promptly, The entire team offer quick service, great communication, and excellent design skills, we are more than happy with our website, a BIG thank-you.

Steer clear of this Company! After offering to pay for a website for an amateur sports club in NSW (which was eventually not utilised by the Clubs Committee), I have not been able to get $1 back of the approximately $1000 invested in trying to get a website off the ground. The owner of the Company is hiding behind terms of agreement clauses, claiming that 'lots of work' has already gone into the website. Not one bit of content was provided to the Company, all I did was pay the $1000 and hand over the project to this particular sporting to Club to utilise the service and get a website up and running, unfortunately, the volunteers of that Club didn't utilise my offer, and I have been left out of pocket... NOT ONE CENT OFFERED TO BE PAID BACK !!! Just a 'bad luck, you signed up, we keep the money' response. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

We are thrilled with the website that Have a Look provided us. Their customer service was fantastic, every part of the process was easy and well supported. The finished product was exactly what we were after and maintaining the website is an absolute breeze that a monkey could easily accomplish. Being an incorporated group it is vital that we have an easy to use website that can be easily passed on to people with various computer skill levels, Have a Look have provided this to us and we love that their customer support service is in Australia and is therefore convenient and user friendly.
