Great trip

First class customer service from the first initial planning of the trip with Beth to the support before and during the trip from Rossana. They both exceeded our expectations and made the trip one we will never forget. I will and have recommended Hayes & Jarvis to everyone, and will be my first point of call for any future trips. Trip of a Life Time
I had heard the name Hayes & Jarvis in the past and recognised them to have a good reputation. When I wanted to arrange our anniversary holiday in a destination I had no knowledge of, you came to mind.
All I can be, is so thankful I had heard of you before.
The experience overall has been nothing short of the best of our lives. To the recommendations, knowledge and arrangements completed by Jane Bassil and David Kiriinya were unbelievable! What was recommended (and sold) was delivered with icing and sugar on the top; from start to finish the trip was awesome!

SAFARI TANZANIA
So pleased I chose Hayes & Jarvis. Mark Larwood originally arranged our itinerary which was superb. The 2 lodges we stayed at were gorgeous and our personal safari guide was excellent, he was experienced and so passionate about his career, we felt we were so lucky to have him. The holiday absolutely exceeded our expectations and wouldn't hesitate in using Hayes & Jarvis again. 10/10

Hotels picked were very good and most had wonderful experience close to train stations and shops. Itinerary perfectly suited our needs . Andy from the local agency was very experienced in organising this trip. Covering all the key cities and sights that we wanted to see Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hakone (for Mt. Fuji). Trips Teamlabs, pop culture tour, Disneyland, Hakone traditional Japanese onsen stay. Visit to gora park and open museum. Definitely worth a visit.Visit via cable car & rope to see mount fuji and the volcanos was breathtaking views. Visit to the Golden temple, bamboo forest and markets in Kyoto. Visit to Nara seeing the deers was an amazing experience and fushimi. Personalised culinary tour in Osaka was an experience tasting different street foods octopus balls lol.
Universal studios Japan was amazing my daughter was so happy. Visiting osaka castle was nice.
I would definitely use Hayes and Jarvis. Within our budget range or transport and tickets were sorted by them.
