Exceptional experience and service
We used Hayes and Jarvis to organise a special trip for our 30th wedding anniversary in Sept/Oct 2025. The attention to detail and personalised service was exceptional and made our Southern Tanzania 2-centre safari followed by a week on Pemba Island an unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Mark Larwood and Rahul Kapoor for their guidance and support throughout. Highly recommended.

Exceeded my expectations
From my first phone call with James and Shagufta I knew that I was speaking to people who were experienced and of a caring nature.
A clear vision for my holiday was discussed and james then sent me a comprehensive itinerary for me to review. The review did not take long as james had listened to all of my requests during our telephone call.
So it was done, I agreed to travel to Singapore Australia and New zealand on my own. Before I embarked on my holiday I spoke to my trip coordinator Shagufta. She was so calm and measured and made me feel relaxed about my holiday.
I felt safe and comfortable knowing that I could contact Shagufta to ask a question or confirm anything that I was unsure of.
Even though I was physically on my own, I knew that I was not on my own as Shagufta was just a call away.
Thank you both for not only giving me a fantastic holiday but also allowing me achieve a long term personal goal.

No hard sell, listened from start to finish!
No hard sell, listened to what I wanted and the budget I had and worked around that. Everything was perfect from start to finish, Jan and Meghan were fantastic throughtout the whole process! Would definitely book through Hayes and Jervis again without hesitation!! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The best experience ever......
If you want trouble free, expert advice, smooth connections and an outstanding Safari you will never forget, use Hayes and Jarvis. You will not regret it!!!
The best holiday we have ever taken.......pure emotion, top quality service, sights to make you cry, moments of wonder, superb people, nothing too much trouble. The whole trip was geared to provide us with the best experience possible, and boy, did it deliver!!!

Great service from the planning stage to the very last minute of the holiday .
3rd time using for a Far East tour that was tailored exactly to our needs - with additional suggestions that enhanced a great trip !
A local contact is used that checks in at all stages and can be contacted quickly with any queries . Would highly recommend!
