Very upset no communication, no answer to my emails and a very long ongoing case that’s been going on for two years keep saying going to get an offer but always excuses and no going forward. Always problems also sent over all my personal information and still nothing

to be honest I'm annoyed 2 years same emails. thanks for your patience it wil be settling in te next few weeks 2 years. I'm stil wating. I'm resorting to this as you won't reply to emails

Brilliant service, very patient and determined. I had a grave personal data breach, and the company repeatedly delayed solving the issue and did not take appropriate action even after several complaints to rectify it or apologise for their mistake. Liam was very patient and determined, repeatedly following up with a very elusive client and using all the detailed and clear evidence collected. We finally got some justice for the defendant's lax data privacy approach.

If you are going against a big company, be aware that they will try to 'stretch' the time as much as possible, so be prepared to take several months to wrap up the case, but it should wrap up eventually; the big corporation defendants will be very slippery.

Ben did my claim and was very kind and helpful and was not bothered about my funny work hours and did calls in the morning and evenings and answered emails quickly and he cared about my claim if you have a claim ask Ben to help you he is great

Felt I had a good claim regarding police involvement, got an email back from a Kirsty Chadwick saying they don’t deal with police matters, which is a lie. They had stories similar to mine and helped others regarding problems with the police on their website.
Very odd I thought not wanting to help. Contacting ombudsman and submitting a complaint about them.

Resolved data breach swiftly and efficiently. Dealings with solicitor were helpful and professional. Advice was clear, leading to successful conclusion of the dispute. Claim was fairly straightforward and the company took any strain, so it was not an arduous process.
Was nervous initially as this sort of service has a poor reputation, but based on my experience would happily recommend.

This is the 2nd time i have reviewed Hayes connor. The first time i did they messaged me promising to make progress with my case if i took my review down but that was yet another lie. My case was started in April 2021 Hayes and at that point I had all evidence including a letter from the company admitting they breached my data. Hayes connor have been working on my case since then with very little progress. My case I feel is straightforward, I have a written admission and apology from the company, a independent witness statement and have given them all the info they have requested. In fact I seem to have done more work then them.
It seems they like nice easy cases where they can earn a quick profit on a quick turn around. Even with my strong case the defendants Solicitor has failed to make any reasonable offer and most of the time ignores Hayes connor correspondence. I can only guess the defendants Solicitor holds Hayes connor with such little regard and know they have no real stomach or interest in pushing cases to trial. Twice now Hayes connor have told me that the defendant's have been sent a offer and have 21 days to reply. The first was a year ago and the 2nd recently. When I chase for a response I am told "The defendants case handler is on holiday" "they're ill" "they have had a death in the family" it is just endless. If Hayes connor are not prepared to stick to time limits set why would any defendants? When I have asked about moving my case to another Solicitor I get a response saying "you can but you must pay our costs" which by the way are extortionate. How they can charge so much for such a poor service is shocking. Please think carefully before using this firm.

Hayes Conor it seems do not like negative reviews on Trustpilot and will make contact when you leave such reviews. It is just a shame they don't put the same effort in to resolving cases where the defendant just fails to reply anymore. If I was a employee of a law firm I would take great comfort from knowing if Hayes Connor contacted my firm about a Data breach claim I could simply ignore them and they would go away and concentrate on easy cases where they do minimal work for maximum fees. Again please think twice about using this company and also take a look at Google reviews.
