Great service from Haynes yesterday for my 2 year service. Had car collected from home at 7.30am got a video and report on my service by 11.00am. Then had a follow up call and made payment and car returned by midday. Great work guys!

Waste of a day
Well, my car was recalled for an airbag fault which apparently only occasionally fires shards of metal at 60mph at the driver causing life threatening injuries so took day off to drop car off catch bus home (1.5 hours), told it was ready, caught bus back (1.5 hours) to pick up car, only wasn't ready as they didn't have the part.. Good effort..
