The girls at the Aberdare shop always find us the best holiday. They listen to our wish list and try to find us the best fit and the best deal. They have so much knowledge that we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I asked lots of questions before booking and it was no trouble to staff to go above and beyond to answer them all.Booking with hayes is always so easy as theres always help at hand every step ofcthe way.

Even with the Hays computers going down across the country and Karen Williams having to keep going in and out of the system she managed to book my 2027 Holiday to Malta. We looked at a number of locations and settled on the one I thought favorable. Great service as always on a day when frustrations never beat the Hays staff (Computer failures) Thanks again.

Kimberly in Aberdare is a star, whatever I ask she is willing to try and help, she reassures me all the time (I am a nervous traveler) Always pleasant and happy to see me, but just to add, all the staff are great, using each others knowledge to give the maximum experience to customers. Always going to go back.
