I have booked quite a few holidays with Hays Travel Aberdeen and booked another holiday yesterday. The booking was seamless with excellent communications from Louise and then Kim who finalised the booking for me - all wonderfully efficient! - Thank you!

The colleague who handled our enquiry and booking, Chase, was very helpful and enthusiastic, giving us plenty of time and assistance in making our decisions.
Online communications were prompt and clear with some minor confusion over the timing for making our final payment.

I was served by a young man called Chase. How lucky was I! He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Took up quite a lot of his time but he was just so nice and chatted away the whole time.
I will definitely be back to book again as everyone I have come across has been great!

We visited Hays to meet with Kim again who had booked us holidays in the past. Kim went above and beyond making sure she found us the holiday that would suit us. The advice she gave us was fantastic. Even though we tweaked our holiday a few times Kim didn’t mind she just wanted to make sure we got it right for us. We would no longer book online. Having someone face to face and their knowledge to help makes the trip into town all the more worth it. So much so we are going to book again with Hays travel and Kim again very soon. Outstanding service with a friendly face.
