I had already chosen our holiday. The adviser processed the booking without problem.

As per always, staff at Aldridge branch bade us a hearty welcome on arrival. Gail as per always dealt with our cruise booking to perfection. We were offered refreshments too.

The agent who we dealt with was excellent. She was very helpful, nothing too much trouble. She made us feel very comfortable and was knowledgeable about the various hotels and resorts that we looked at.
