Very helpful finding the prices of flights on the Thursday then I went to 2 other places but I came back to you on Friday to book my flights with Annie your Customer Service was far better than the other 2 companies I visited

Annie was extremely helpful not only with the holiday we were booking but also rearsearching city breaks from Liverpool.
Megan with whom we had previously booked a holiday asked how we enjoyed the holiday and made us coffee.
We will continue to use this office to book future holidays.

Excellent service from Allerton Road Hays travel
This was our first time booking a cruise. Jenny was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to choose our perfect holiday. Megan was also able to answer our questions. Both Jenny and Megan were super helpful. We weren't rushed to make a decision. It is many years since I have booked a holiday through a travel agent but I will be visiting Hays Allerton Road again in the future.
