Amazing staff.
The staff are amazing. They listen to your needs and wants, then they search tirelesly to find your perfect holiday. The knowledge and experience they have is second to none. I will not use any other store. Keep up the good work Kelly and your staff.

It was very busy in the shop so had to wait over an hour to be seen .
Once we sat down with Lewis though, the booking process and help and advice given were excellent and seamless.

Haven't used a travel agent for years
Haven't used a travel agent for years. As we needed assisted travel and adapted rooms decided to try one. Lewis was brilliant. Went through several locations finding the best for limited mobility with great flight times and transfers. Chose one and it was booked and confirmed in minutes

Helpful and informative
