Staff are, as ever, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had an issue around our cruise dates and the staff worked around this to a positive conclusion.

Flights and hotel booking
Went in to book flights and a hotel stay . Was served by Jodie who was super helpful booked everything for us, she was friendly and professional put us at ease having everything taken care of which i must admit i prefer booking with a travel agent rather than doing it online call me old fashioned lol . Great customer service all round would recommend.

Christopher has booked holidays for me in the past so he knows what kind of holiday I like. He is very helpful and knowledgeable re travel and gives excellent customer care. The staff in the Alloa branch make you feel very welcomed and also give great customer care .
