Lovely Staff at the Alnwick Branch
Always a pleasant experience when you go to Hays Travel, the staff are wonderful, alway cheerful and helpful. Julie helped us to plan our cruise, knowledgeable and lovely to talk to. Our trip was booked in no time. Thank you Julie.

Felt like we were making funeral arrangements not booking a holiday, that is, until the store manager spoke to us,lifting the whole mood.
A smile and a little bit of interest in the customer goes a long way.
We still booked, as we both, if possible, like to shop local.

Personal service. We had quite a list of questions and requirements. Ellie researched them all for us, remembering everything. She’s very skilled at what she does and seems to enjoy it. Would highly recommend Hays Alnwick and Ellie especially.
