From the minute I enquired with Nathan at Hays Travel Alnwick he was attentive and informative from the get go. Nathan found us a great variety of holidays showing me a good range of options for the budget we had in mind. Once we had chosen our holiday Nathan was excellent at showing us what was included in our package, full of knowledge and very helpful with any questions we had whilst booking.
The booking process was simple and easily done over the phone with an email confirmation in minutes.
Over all Nathan was very helpful, informative and knew exactly what we were looking for I’d definitely use Nathan for future bookings. Thank you!

Excellent experience from the minute we walked through the door. Very friendly and competent adviser who helped us consider several alternatives before booking our holiday. I got a Hayes Money card
Was told it was really easy to use! I Kept getting an error message security details incorrect. Then the card was locked! No way to contact anyone! Absolutely dreadful! If I could give no stars I would!! I will not be using a Hayes travel card again. I am waiting for someone to get in touch! Not holding my breath! I am in Poland and having to use my own visa card!

Popped into our local Hays recently, spoke to really nice team of people about a holiday for our family to incorporate accessibility issues. Left Katie with a list of our requirements. Within a short period of time, she came up with a wonderful sounding cruise for us which ticks all our boxes. Lovely to deal with.

The staff on my initial contact were very helpful and friendly with no pressure. When returning to make the booking this was dealt with in a pleasant and timely manner. One member of staff reminded me to check my holiday insurance covered cruises which was useful. It would also have been useful if the member of staff doing the booking had also mentioned that additional information would be required by the cruise company before they could finally complete the booking at their end but otherwise it was a pleasant experience.😊

Sasha was helpfull and patient. She went through loads of options to get us to our required destination. She was able to book our flights and giving great connections. All the staff were very friendly.
