We're sorry to learn you felt it was a long process when it came to sorting your currency exchange out through us. Our Foreign Exchange Consultant is still very new to our team and is still currently in training, following a career change. Their mentor from Head Office was also in at the time you saw us, overseeing and offering guidance and advice throughout any customer interactions and transactions. This can definitely slow the process down compared to what customers would usually experience. However, this should be a temporary/short-term situation we find ourselves in, as our new starter is participating in very regular training and is definitely proving to be learning and adapting quickly! We do check our exchange rates regularly against our local competitor, to ensure we're offering our customers a great deal! We hope you will consider us again in future for your currency. :) - Jess

The personal care and attention that Jess gives when she is organizing our holidays is 2nd to none and she always remembers what we like. Even when things didn't pan out how they expect them too, she still managed to help put the holiday back on track.

Jessica did a fantastic job of booking my rental car and hotel! Considering my request was very last minute, she was able to accommodate my request professionally and quite quickly. There was no way I could have done it without her. She made the experience easy, and got me exactly what I needed for my visit to England from the US. Use Hays Travel... no regrets!!!

Best holiday booking experience
The process for booking our cruise was so simple and effortless. Sharon guided us through all the options and ensured we had all the relevant information to make a decision appropriate for our trip. She was very knowledgeable on cruise management and we had no hesitation in booking our cruise on our first visit to Hays Travel.
