Amie always goes above and beyond and we never book with anyone else now. It’s such a personalised experience and all from the comfort of our own home. We are a large group with quite specific needs and Amie always manages to find what we want and always offers recommendations which we would never have thought about. Exceptional!

Visited Hays Travel in Chesterfield today 16.1.26 thinking of booking a holiday to Turkey with a friend.Wow what great service.Sara was fantastic,using her knowledge and expertise to find us the perfect hotel to stay.I cannot recommend Hays or Sara enough.The atmosphere in the shop was great,all staff very friendly and the coffee was most welcome.This is the first time in years ive booked with a travel agent.I usually book on line.Hopefully in the near future i will be back again to book another holiday.Thankyou again Sara you're a star 🌟

My husband wanted to spend his 50th birthday in Las Vegas- we provided the specific dates and Amie did the rest.
Amie’s knowledge of where to stay and what to see in Vegas was invaluable to us - we was given different options of hotels/prices and even suggested staying in Los Angeles for extra nights before hand which we thought was a great idea.
Nothing was too much trouble for Amie, she worked really hard to find us the perfect holiday - she went over and above with very useful advice and information- such great service
