We gave Angela the details of where we wanted to go and she gave us a few options. After deciding on our favourite we looked closer at the facilities/rooms and changed our minds. It was not a problem and Angela came straight back with alternatives. Customer Service at its best as always.

Angela was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had looked for the best deal myself but with it being a different holiday to what we were used to decided to use a professional, she had been before so was very informative. My favourite travel agent! I couldn’t tell you the last time I booked a holiday and didn’t use Angela! She is amazing in always beating prices! She has just booked our new year break for the second year running! She has the patience of a saint when dealing with me and my constantly changing preferences! We’ve booked trips such as Lapland to cruises, Spanish holidays to African holidays and she has always got us a better price than what we have found elsewhere! She is so helpful and has excellent customer service skills! I look forward to using her again in the near future!
