Made the booking process easy and a joy
The whole process of booking our trip was made very easy by both Alison and Hollie at Hays Travel Annan. They were both very informative and answered all our questions and made the whole process a pleasure. As a wheelchair user they helped us book an accessible holiday and I have no worries about taking our trip and I will certainly use Hays Travel again.

Amazing service
This was my 2nd visit within a few days.
The first visit I spoke to Hollie gave her the details of who was going on holiday and what I was looking for. She came up with 5 choices. On my second visit my family had decided on where we were going. Again I spoke to Hollie, gave her the details and within in minutes she had everything sorted. Simply amazing service.

Hays Travel Annan is so friendly and helpful.

She is so friendly, helpful and patient, nothing is too much trouble. She makes the whole process easy and makes sure everything is covered.
