Great Service as always from the Ashington branch team! All of them are super friendly and today Sharon booked my holiday for me! I would never go anywhere else to book my holiday!

I recently booked a holiday with Hays Travel in Ashington and had a really positive experience. The service was very efficient and friendly from start to finish, and everything was explained clearly which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
I was also considering upgrading, but the advice I received was honest and helpful rather than pushy. They helped me realise that what I had already booked offered the level of luxury I was looking for, which I really appreciated.
They also kindly noted that they will contact the hotel nearer the time to let them know about our celebration and my vegan requirements, which is a thoughtful touch and made me feel really well looked after.
It’s refreshing to receive genuine guidance with your best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Great service
Went to hays travel in ashington to look at solo holiday for my elderly father. As soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed straight away and our consultant sarah was brilliant. She found the right holiday for dad, was very patient and friendly and very informative.
