Disappointed
Went in today (26.05.26) very disappointed as have used Hays for the last few years! Young girl didn't really seem interested in helping us to find something, didn't even ask what our budget was. Unfortunately lost our sale as went home and booked on line!

Not impressed at all had to climb a lot of stairs to room no veranda no kettle no drawers no where to put our suitcases very dissatisfied I’m retired as I have a bad back it’s horrendous here
