Popped in to discuss a forthcoming bespoke holiday and within a couple of hours it was booked and deposit paid. Emma and her colleague were so friendly and helpful and put together everything we wanted within the budget we gave her. Will definitely use again for future holidays

This is my second year booking with Hays Travel. The staff are very approachable and help with all the complexities of finding the holiday destination that you have imagined. They do all the hard work and searches for you. They patiently answer all the questions that you have and take out all the stress out of booking a holiday.

Oana was amazing at booking us our first ever Cruise. She found it with ease and was able to answer any question without hassle. As first time cruisers we left very assured that she had booked us the right thing. Very profesional and still smilong an hour later. Would highly recommend her to anyone!! Thank you Oanna

Emma Strong did a great job in sorting out our holiday. She put together al the places we wanted to visit and explained it all very clearly. She gave us options on upgrades and excursions. She has a very warm and friendly manner and was very patient when it took a while for the payment to go through. She is a real credit to your company.
