Great staff
Both Madeleine and Tegan finalised all the details of my holiday clearly and with a smile having given me options to look through a few days before.
They gave me options and help for my travel insurance and were chatty and relaxed.
Madeleine also managed to deal with the EasyJet booking system when it froze on her. No panicking at all.

After visiting other Travel agents in Aylesbury it was a breath of fresh air to feel a company wanted our business.
Alisha was easy to deal with, nothing being to much trouble. We decided to book with Hays as we felt the staff genuinely cared.

Special Holiday
The experience was exceptional. Tegan and Theo,went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Everything was explained in simple terms, so you understood everthing. They explained about what you need, and what Hays travel provide, ie travel insurances, and payment cards. Well done Hays Travel, well recommended.

Customer service at its best
The staff were fantastic. Jess found us everything we asked for despite needing specialist transfers to and from an Italian village in the mountains. Theo made the actual booking really easy. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Thank you
