Spoke to Steph on the phone on Friday and came in to the Bangor store on Saturday. Katie was so helpful and looked at the different cabin options with us to make sure we booked what we wanted and that we were happy walking from the store after making our booking.

This year was no difference to last year booking with exceptional service by the girls in Bangor Wales. Sarah has been booking my holidays for years for me. Just booked a last-minute holiday with her for October and we’re already booked in next year with her also. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else and I recommend Hayes and Sarah to all my friends and family.

Staff were so attentive particularly Stephanie. After a bad experience with Tui Llandudno, my Tui holiday was booked with all our many special needs with no problems at all from Stephanie, she was lovely. 5*****
